Behold the shineyness!
Before anyone asks, this is NOT Hyper Sonic. But it is Sonic in a Super Form that appears in Book VII of LoM called Star Sonic. Basically Sonic has taken on all the powers of the sacred Blue Star, an enchanted light that watches over Mobius. This form is more powerful than Super Sonic and Hyper Sonic, for it allows Sonic to wield magic, and to see into the future.
Coloring Super Forms is tricky and easy at the same time--Not many colors to deal with, but getting the lighting and the glow effect takes some work. But I'm pretty happy with this. *hugs starry Sonic*
Inspired by many things, including Solaris from Sonic Next-gen, good ol' "Nazo", and the spirits of light from the Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
