Diamond the Hedgehog

*sounds the sirens* New character alert!

I've been trying to design this gal for a while now. This is the best I've seen her look. This is Diamond, a new fan character of mine. Know who she is? The markings really give it away. And look closely at the shade of blue in her markings.

This was colored with my brand new Prisma pencils. I'm trying to get a feel for them. Not too impressive, but oh well...
